In compliance with the respect of copyright and intellectual property ownership, it is declared as a regulation that the purpose of viewing films that are provided to the user through our websites is exclusively for domestic use. II. AUTHORISATIONS
Authorisation of personal data
Open Art Association informs you that it has a file with personal data, as well as a general documentary file that contains personal data and that is part of the GENERAL DATABASE OF ADMINISTRATION OF the ASSOCIATION. The ASSOCIATION has the right to access, rectify, add, cancel, register, and delete data within the scope recognised by Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1331/1994 of 20 June.
Image and voice authorisation
Considering that the right to one’s own image is recognized in article 18.1 of the Spanish Constitution and is regulated by Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on the right of honour, personal and family privacy of one’s own image, the OPEN ART ASSOCIATION that participates in the exhibition, requests your consent to use image and voice. In case of confirming your acceptance, you declare the authorisation of your image and/or voice in all known and to be known print, digital, web, social media, and press.
I authorise publication
I authorise the publication of photography/video that I make within the activities, events, meetings, linked to the OPEN ART ASSOCIATION. The authorisation has purposes of dissemination, promotion, and marketing. This photograph/video may be available within the territory of Spain and the rest of the world. In exchange for this authorisation as an author, I agree to receive paid internships collaborating in this association AND acknowledge that I have no interest whatsoever in acquiring royalties for ownership rights and related on my work that I share with the Open Art Association.
IV. REGULATIONS FOR COEXISTENCE
The MEMBER, when entering an agreement to participate in the Open Art Association, acknowledges being duly informed of the way of operating, conditions, and operation of work. You also acknowledge that you have read and accept the following rules of coexistence:
1. The Open Art Association reserves the right of admission.
2. The member who is an Intern /Volunteer/Professional/general assistant will attend on the agreed days and times.
3. In the event of participation in events/activities/projects that attendance is punctual. In case of delay, please give notice. The Association must be notified in advance of any planned absence from the activity. Missing an activity/project three times without notice means your withdrawal from the activity or project.
4. The Open Art Association will not be responsible for the loss of any personal objects of any kind, whether the result of a theft or loss due to carelessness.
5. Withdrawal from an activity/project will result in the loss of internship credits or video credits from the agreed project, if applicable.
6. The use of cameras and/or audio recorders are generated to remember the activity and aside from this use permission must be requested from the Association. The material generated by the association is for the production, promotion, dissemination, and memory of the Association, as well as the production, promotion, dissemination and memory of the participants and attendees of the project.
7. Should the member participate in an activity, they must perform the indicated tasks, as well as bring the previously agreed equipment.
8. In the event of there being differences with the director, producer, project team or with another colleague, the fellow Member/Volunteer/Professional/general assistant must engage in a conversation for peaceful coexistence to solve any type of problem.
9. Work as a team in a supportive and creative way. Friendly, tolerant and patient behaviour by each colleague will be the best form of coexistence.
10. Support to talk about a specific issue with the person in charge of the event, activity, or project must be previously requested via email to: comunicacionopenart@gmail.com A specific day and time will be agreed to speak as soon as possible with the member who requests it.
